Class and Event Refund Policy

There will be no refunds or returns for all items purchased on our website. If you want your case to be considered as an exceptional circumstance you may submit your request in writing to the email below. Approvals are subject to the discretion of the owners of Bachata Sensual Orlando. All requests for refunds must be made in writing within 30 days of the date of purchase to:

In the case of exceptional circumstances, a partial credit towards future purchases may be issued. We will respond to your request for refund within 14 calendar days of the original submission.

Membership Cancellation

Memberships renew automatically each month until you cancel. Cancelling is free and self-serve — you can cancel at any time from your account, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (new enrollments)

If you are not happy within 7 days of first enrolling in a membership or progressive program, we will refund that first payment in full — no questions asked. Text “REFUND” to 321-320-9483 or email info@bsolatindance.com.

This guarantee applies to your initial enrollment payment only. It does not reset on subsequent monthly renewals.

Refunds on renewal charges

Once a monthly renewal has processed, that payment is non-refundable. Cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep full access for the month you have paid for.

If you ask us to refund a renewal charge anyway, we may do so at our discretion, less a 30% administrative charge covering payment processing and account administration. Cancelling instead — free, at any time — always avoids this.
