Frequently Asked Questions
How do class credits work?
When you purchase a bundle, class credits are added to your account. Each time you book a drop-in class or attend a social, one credit is used. Credits are applied automatically at booking -- no codes or vouchers needed. If you cancel a booking before the cancellation deadline, your credit is refunded.
Can I use credits for progressive program classes?
No, bundle credits are for drop-in classes only. Progressive program classes (like Monday Bachata or Sensual Bachata Foundations) require a full membership. If you're interested in progressive programs, check out our membership plans.
Do credits expire?
All class packs are valid for 1 year from purchase. You can always see your remaining credits and their expiration dates by logging in and visiting this page.
Can I use credits at any location?
That depends on the bundle type. Universal bundles can be used at any BSO Latin Dance location. Some bundles may be location-specific -- the details are shown on each bundle card. Your credit balance panel above also indicates which credits are universal and which are location-specific.
