Your date is only confirmed once the rental agreement is signed and the 50% deposit is received.

Show up to a fully equipped venue and create an unforgettable event.

Setup & Teardown

You get 1 hour before and 1 hour after your booked time for setup and teardown, at no extra charge.

Deposit & Cancellation

Your booking isn't confirmed until the rental agreement is signed and the deposit is received. 50% is due at booking — if you cancel, the deposit is not refunded. Remaining balance + a $500 refundable damage deposit are due before your event.
